2. Ordering details : Orders are placed by e-mail and must contain
(a) the reference of each item, as it appears on the website, and (b)
the complete shipping address and phone number of the buyer. All orders
received will be confirmed within twenty-four (24) business hours. Any
order requiring payment from buyer prior to shipping. From the confirmation
of the order until the time payment is received, item will be reserved. In no case this reservation will exceed eight (8)
days. If the full payment is not received at the end of the
eight days period, order and reservation will be treated as
canceled.
